For my P.E. Fitness Assessment I was not happy with some of my scores and I really need to work on some.
For my pushups I did not reach the healthy range. I think I need to start doing pushups once or twice a week for 10 minutes. I am really sad that I did not do as many as I should have done and I really want to reach the healthy range. I hope I can do better by our second fitness assessment!
For my Pacer test I was almost at the healthy range with a score of 16 paces. I am running pretty much every day so I hope that my running will improve! I mostly run for 1hr and 30 min or more almost every day so I think that will improve my pacer score.
For my curl-ups I was not in the healthy range. Along with doing pushups for 10 minutes,I will do curl-ups for 10 minutes also.
For my sit and reach I was in the healthy range with a score of 25. I am very proud of myself.
I think that you did a good job explaining the first two but on the last three I think that you kind of gave up. I don't blame you it is really hard sharing scores and stuff that you need t improve on. I don't think that my scores were that good either. You did a really good job! Keep it up!

DeleteGood job! It doesn't matter if you don't get a good score, you can always try again. I don't think that some of your goals are realistic. You are very brave to tell everyone your score.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Noemi, you at least you have another chance in your life to do the goal that you need to work on. I thought that your score was very nice and you were brave to tell everyone your score. You know that my score also went down! my push-ups were 3 times more worse, Nice try!
