I think one of my area's of strength are when I go down, I mostly keep my arms in a right angle.
One of my area's of improvement is keeping my butt down because it is sticking up into the air
One of my area's of strength is that I bring my hands up to my knee's.
One of my area's for improvement is that I can come down softer and not hit my head and back so hard on the ground.
Good job Meaghan on your push ups. Just a tip is to bring your arms closer to your body so it is easier to lift up and go down. Just to say you know we have already done our Crunches video in class one time. ( you will know if you scroll down the section of gr5) Great job!
