Meaghan's Crunchs (Sit Ups)



  • One thing in my area of strength is that I don't let my feet come off the ground.
  • Also I come up and hit my knee's with the palms of my hands.
  • I don't grab my knee's to pull my self up.

  • One thing in my area of improvement is that I go down very fast. I need to go down slower.
  • I hit the ground very hard. I hurt my back that way a lot and I don't do as many sit ups as I can.

  1. Good job on your crunches. Also I don't think you hit the ground fast I thought you did a good job.But it does look like you might have hurt your back.haha

  2. I agree with everything that you say! Although one more area of improvement could be not forcing yourself up. But you really found some good things that you need to work on, and there's nothing thats bad so... ya.
